In the hotel business, guests who join your loyalty program bring in a lot more money than guests who don’t.

Since almost 60% of IHG Rewards Club’s members join at the front desk – IHG wants to reward front desk employees with points when they sign up new members. They do it through a program called Enroll for Rewards.

And those employees do some pretty amazing things with those points. Seriously, it’s kind of mind blowing.

But enrollments weren’t growing very quickly, and it was becoming harder and harder for hotels to meet their goals.

So we thought we’d remind people of the power of those points with an internal campaign, called Stories Behind the Points.
